  • Do you ship plants?

    Yes! We ship through the warm months from Spokane, WA. Heat packs are included in the shipping cost for colder months.

  • What happens if I receive a plant with cosmetic damage?

    We handpick all of our plants (and propagate some of our own) to ensure they are high quality, well rooted plants. That said, we don’t believe in “perfect” plants. Plants are living things and will always have minor imperfections. When we ship, there may be more imperfections than plants you find in person in our shop, simply because of the nature of shipping.

  • Where can I find you outside of The Bohemian?

    We do pop-ups all the time! Our goal is always to do one community event per month. You can find more information about those events on the events page of our website.

  • Can I special order a plant you don't have in stock?

    Heck yes! We pride ourselves on our pre-order service which allows us to stock requested plants under $80 retail without pre-payment. Simply message us to request a plant and we will stock it if we can, giving you first right of refusal. We just ask that you respond to our call within 24 hours to let us know if you are still interested. For plants over $80 retail, we do require pre-payment after we confirm we are able to secure your requested plant.

  • Do you have any plants that you recommend to new plant parents?

    Birds Nest Ferns! These are always one of our go-tos for gifts and those new to plants. They are extremely tolerant of all kinds of light, don’t require high humidity or regular misting, and like to dry out between waterings.
