Return policy.

Thank you for shopping at Cat & Mouse Plants! We hope you're happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we're happy to assist with a return within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. 

• Condition of Returned Items: We only accept returns on severely damaged items. Please report pictures of the damage when inquiring about a refund or return.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.

• Return Options: We offer full & partial refunds or store credit.

• Exclusions: We unfortunately cannot guarantee the condition of houseplants received in mail. We do our best to package them so they arrive safely, but some cosmetic damage is to be expected. Our returns and refunds are in place for items with extreme damage, such as root rot, general shock, etc. Bottom line, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
